You have Lupus? Look, I know you're a Remus fan and all, but isn't it taking it all a bit too far to get a sickness with his name (of a sort) on it?

Hon, I'm so sorry about the Lupus. I don't know much about it, except for the wikipedia article I just pulled up. How bad is it, exactly? What kind of symptoms do you have.

And it feels really bad, but the moment I heard "Lupus" my mind went to the same place the above commenter's did. You really are taking this Lupin fan thing too far. =D

It's ok...if I have to have a disease, I'm glad people associate it with my love of an HP character *lol*.

Symptoms come and go, but they started not *going away* is what finally prompted me to go to the Dr. Mostly swelling in my hands, joint pain like arthritis (knees, hips and hands), low grade fevers (mostly at night) and depression. The depression is the worst because I never actually realize I'm depressed for awhile.

I've already modified my diet quite a bit so hopefully I'll start seeing some results soon!
