In states with two party surveillance laws the cops are arguing in court that they should be able to arrest anyone who electronically records them while they are serving the public trust, because they haven't given permission for the recordings.   Basically they are arguing that the images taken of them while on duty in plain view in public spaces

I'm pissed off that I have Fox News on my side...But Reason Magazine does some good work so I guess it's ok
