That and, you've just gotta will yourself out of bed even if your brain is like "nooo fuck you". I have that problem many a day, but I feel much less sluggish generally if I tell my brain to shove it.

and hours of sleep....consistant is best! if i get around 6->7 a nite consistantly i feel decent. but when i got from 2 or 3 and then jump to 8 its like a head explosion.
power naps =) =)....3 naps of about 2 hours each. a true way to mess up system.
