sleep is WRONG

REALLLLY something is off withmy sleep like itsnever been before. waking up is NOT GOOD. i feel somethingawful [not physically--physically imall rested and super (:] when i first wakeup, and cant bringmyself to get outof bed. and imlike OMG I DONT WANNA DO ANYTHING BUT LIE HERE BLUHLUH buuut if i sleep more and then wakeup again later i dont feel ( Read more... )

I've been like that, too, lately, so my sympathies. D: I ought to try 6 1/2 hours of sleep m'self.

Try 7-8 hours and don't nap for more than 1.5 hours at a time. Those hours allow your deep-rem sleep to get significantly less fucked.

That and, you've just gotta will yourself out of bed even if your brain is like "nooo fuck you". I have that problem many a day, but I feel much less sluggish generally if I tell my brain to shove it.

MAYBE IT WAS THE SAME ARTICLE THAT SAYS ITS GOOD TO END YER SHOWER WITH COLD but i already did that for whatever reason which is weird soi waslike "huh" :B

i wandered here from lj, just to let you know who random person added as friend is.

and hours of sleep....consistant is best! if i get around 6->7 a nite consistantly i feel decent. but when i got from 2 or 3 and then jump to 8 its like a head explosion.

power naps =) =)....3 naps of about 2 hours each. a true way to mess up system.

Yeah follow the Japanese because its true THEY ARE CRAZY but productive. I used to sleep too much and it was souldraining so yuh get less sleep and while yer awake do you more physically demanding things ..go fer walks , park cars , spay cats and join the army.
