Yesterday passed in a very strange way. I hadn’t gone out because apparently the city was entirely awash (I hear it still is). And then, the power was switched off at around 10-ish (because the waters were reaching up to something or other in the electricity way), and was restored back around 7-ish today --- so, an outage of 21 hours, which was ( Read more... )

Loads and loads of rains for the last two nights, and my feet were itching so I had to wash them thrice. Thank Gods for cloth-pumps !
And so much lightning and thunder, I dared not go online.
There's dirty, knee-deep water in the streets ... Eurgh.
