If you're asking about the plot, let's just say that he's not a very happy Evil Overlord right now.

As to JKR mangling other people's ideas of Voldie, I really wouldn't care to speculate, because I haven't ever been an expert on him.

Ooooh, another von Lipwig book? That's excellent news - I think he's one of the better new characters, and I love Adora Belle Dearheart as well.
