3 is Raiders of the Lost Ark, Belloq to Indy. Indy's answer: "Try the local sewers."

8 is The Incredibles. Mr. Incredible advising the old woman about how he can't help her, and that he can't tell her how...

Some of the others sound vaguely familiar, I think I may have seen a dubbed version. I expect to slap my forehead with "D'uh" once they are revealed.

7 - Yep yep!
8 - You're right, but Jens beat you to it by hours, so he gets credit.
9 - Nope.
12 - uh, no.
14 - not quite.

So yeah, you got three, but came in second on one of them. Some of these may be TOO obscure...
