actually, it's good they lump films and animated films together. Why make a difference? Is animation a lesser medium?

and, the HKFA should probably put a 2min limit for speeches. I think Lifetime Achievement Awards are important to broadcast so people are aware. For example, I was really upset this year's Oscar never gave the stage to Lauren Bacall, who only received a "stood up from my seat, and received and ovation" instead of an "appeared on stage and received an ovation".

#4 is funny though... where would the fun in Fashion Police be without feng shui fashion, though? xD

mte. that's like saying the oscars shouldn't have lumped "avatar" with the rest of the nominees this year. = ="

For some reason, I didn't even notice Zhu Xuan there at first. She really did blend right in with the carpet in that dress. xD (I thought the dress was pretty, just not for an event with a red carpet, imo.)

omg I want to see this Bruce Lee thing! It sounds cute! The rest of it sounds boring though XD Though I guess I have never been much interested in the awards ceremonies :3

All the red would most definitely be overkill XD I think it would look better if nobody wore all red, and just had red accessories or something... satisfy the feng shui without becoming red carpet ninjas

i didn't watch the entire awards presentation, but caught up on some YouTube clips. My favourite part is the "Best Actress" segment, with Nick Cheung and Lau Ching Wan (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_EU6UhSxK4) as presenters. They were hilarrrrious.
