Nicholas Tse has been a serious martial arts practitioner way longer than Andy Lau has, if I'm not mistaken. :p Not surprised that he picked it up quickly.

Is Fan Bingbing romancing Andy Lau here or something?

Yes he has. He was recently certified in Wing Chun in fact.
