Have you ever heard of podrunner? It's on the podcast section of itunes store and is completely free. It basically has music that is roughly the desired speed of running for c25k. It's not exactly the same intervals, but it's still really helpful to have music to focus on instead of the whole "lungs about to explode" thing. :)
Yeah, I run on a treadmill, and I can't display the amount of time I've been running until like the last 5 minutes. Before that, it just screws with my head. I have to look at the calories burned or the distance ran.
