Wonders of rain

Today they ended the 'Knight Realms' event early due to the rain and the forcast for snow. I arrived home after a long drive in a torential downpour, and sat down to relax be fore I showered. Now it looks like I won't be able to tonight. You see the rain is so hard and plentiful that our basement has flooded

Or is there indeed a sump pump, but it has decided to not work?

Or is it working, but not able to keep up with the influx of water?

It was insufficient to the task. We had water coming in through the foundation.

We are... slightly less damp now.

This is the same storm that pounded us with hail and tornados on Friday. I bet you are not the only one with a indoor swimming pool.
