I entirely feel your sinus pain. And yeah, once you've had it once that's you screwed for life. Sorry 'bout that.

Otrivine nasal spray's reasonably good at keeping them clear, I find. And my drug of preference is Sinutab. Other than that, buy some menthol crystals from the chemist, drop them into a bowl of hot water, drape a towel over your head and inhale through your nose. You'll look v. silly but it's good for you.
