Elizabeth disagrees with you LJ

I've marked my journal as adult concepts, however, if you go here you can amend your own settings so that it doesn't collapse entries marked as adult/explicit as long as you're over 18. So that way it probably won't make much of a difference at all to what you're viewing.

On my settings page the "do not collapse" option isn't available. Is this because I haven't set my birth year on my User Info?

I don't want the year visible, but I don't want content collapsed. Sheesh. I'm off in search of a relevant FAQ. Thanks for the heads' up, though.

ETA: That was easy. You just have to put your birth year in your Profile, and then if you don't want your birth year to show, you set it to "day and month only." Duh. I don't know why I didn't see that option before. After that, I set my LJ to only show my birthday to friends, because if anyone else wants to know, I probably don't want them to know. :)

Yeah - mine was the same initially. I had left out my year of birth but I put it in and selected the relevant options so we are GO. Exxxxxcellent.

Is "adult concepts is fucking retarded" a concept? Because really.

I don't think it is? But it SHOULD be.
