Teeny ficlet

Ok - so Jo posted a link to a Cedric Diggory story the other day that basically told a story assuming that he never died. I'm not a huge Cedric fan - I mean I like the guy and thought it was so sad in GoF, but I'd never really thought about him until reading this fic. It got me thinking and I wrote this teeny ficlet just to put it down

Oh, Vonnie! that was fabulous. I love the beginning with all my soul. all the possibilitiescollapsing into one. I love the way your physicist mind looks at it. And such touching, sweet and Real things for him to miss out on. Kind of breaks my heart.

I'm also glad you read A Season in December. I was really fond of that story, much more so than I thought I would be when I read the summary.

*blushes* Thanks. In the first draft the opening action had in it "the wave function collapsed" but I thought that was taking it a little too far - ;) But you're right...I do like my physics references *is a huge physics nerd*

I really liked the story too - because it was a great story but mainly because it got me thinking about Cedric an a way I'd only ever touched on before - that he died still a boy. And it was so sad to think about all the things that he'd never get to do. Hence this. *hugs!!*
