It's been some time since I've shared a work story with y'all. So, here it is. My assistant says "pacific". As in "do you want me to put these boxes anywhere pacific?"

I was distracted by Matt Lauer this morning and left my coffee sitting on the kitchen counter. So now I am at work and without caffeine.

I'm seriously considering going home to get it. What do we think the odds are that my boss will sanction such behavior?

*sigh*
