I'm not sure if you prolly are already doing this, but I found it helpful to start a pen and paper journal for my small list of "resolutions". So far I am just using note book paper and sloppily writing things down in hopes I will get around to being neater with it later. It's kind of neat to go back and see what I did or didn't do for the day. So far I am slacking on the gym (hiss) and I didn't get to go on my three mile hike this weekend (grrr).
