Six years later...

... The flag is at half mast all the time. It has no meaning. I remember seeing the flag at half mast today six years ago and crying, because it meant something to me. Now I just wonder who died and how long ago.

Well said, hon. I was 22 and I still remember coming down the stairs to my one house mate watching it all on tv and telling me dumbfounded what happened. I remember the panic of trying to figure out of my brother or father had been on the plane that went down in PA and I didn't hear back from my father until the next day.

I remember being very angry. I'm still angry about it, a more controlled anger, but I don;t know what happened to everyone else.

I've never met anyone who had a story like that. I'm sorry for what happened to you. Even though I still can't do anything...

I'm more frustrated than anything, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who still feels.
