I've been on Weight Watchers for awhile, and working hard on exercising. I can't believe I'm running now, who would have ever thought! It's way more fun than I could have imagined, and finishing that race felt awesome!
I've got two more 5k races coming up in the next month or so, which I'm excited about. I think at this point I'm going to work towards a faster time, and I want to try to eventually beat an 8 minute mile pace. I think the fastest I've ever run is 8:28, so that's quite an increase!
