It seems that another trip to the doctor's surgery is in order

This apparent gland swelling on my neck has been there since last Friday. Yep. And now it seems to be spreading, for some bizarre reason. My entire neck aches, and the gland itself is far too hard and tender. Honestly. It hurts like fuck. I can't even bend my neck in the easiest of positions without wincing/grunting/shouting in pain, and eating/

I hope your neck gets better. It sounds not good but, then again, it could be the stress or something allergic that could be cleared up quickly...
