[Sokka kept his voice low and his senses aware.] I don't think your friend's made it yet, but we shouldn't need him to start. I think-- [A sound stops him, but it turns to nothing and he continues on.] I think we're going to have the easiest time working by night. Do you think you're up for a couple extra long nights in the name of freedom? [It's a hefty thing to ask but if they managed to free everyone, it would be well worth it.]

There's no price to high for that. [She speaks with an incredible deal of conviction, and it's clear she means she would even give her own life if necessary] He should be here shortly. [She can't let herself consider that her friend may have backed out]

In the meantime, I need you to gather up anything you can to trade. I've got some things here... [Sokka offered over a large bone needle, likely used for sewing canvas sails, and a carved comb made of the same material.] We need information. Trade, beg, borrow, steal if you have to, but get everything you can and trade it for every piece of information you can get me on the outside world. We're going to need to know what we're looking at when we get out of this place. Maps, terrain, population, weather patterns, the more we know, the better chance we'll have.
