You and I deal with crises in the exact same manner. I'm definitely one to sleep my problems away too. I've been through months of unemployment as well, so I can understand the suckiness. At least you were smart enough to save up some money first. Props to that. I sincerely wish you the best of luck in figuring out what step to take next. These sorts of crossroads are always very difficult.

i don't know how to NOT be cheerleadery...ugh. i hate that. but i can't just not say ANYthing. i will try to be un-cheerleadery. i really really hope for you that someday when you look back on this crisis of sorts, that you will see that it was for the best. i realize that just because bad things happen, it doesn't always mean it was for the best. that's what we tell ourselves, kind of our way of talking ourselves out of freaking out too badly. heck, that's what i'm doing right now while i am unable to find employment out here in CA. i guess what i'm saying is...i hope that in the grand scheme of your life, i hope this doesn't show up as anything more than a minor blip. i hope it will remind you of what you're really capable of making it through. there. now don't come and kill me. at least i know it would take you a little while to get to me, and you might have jet lag, so...i might be able to take you. :)

...and the splits hurt like hell. So no cheerleading here. I'm sorry to hear about this. It sucks, sucks, sucks. I'm thinking about you and hoping for the best. (You KNOW I'm a heathen, so I don't pray!)

I'm a little pollyanna.. so I'll do my best with the non cheering...

You are funny. I will buy you a shopping cart or help you steal one if that time comes... and I have a couple of couches and a guest beds that loves for people to sleep in it!

You will not be homeless... unless of course you serenade me everynight... then maybe that shopping cart will serve it's purpose!
