I keep finding these cooking videos that I made earlier during quarantine on my phone. This time it's sweet potato black bean tacos. I normally don't make vegetarian dishes, so you veggie types should enjoy this or also if you wanna do a Meatless Monday dish. If you wanna make them vegan, just ditch the cheese or use vegan cheese.

so my pal Bennie had some dental work done and he’s kinda limited to soups and soft foods so i (being a soup queen) have decided to start sending recipes so he doesn’t get bored with the same old. it also challenges me to get creative in the kitchen as well so now i’m gonna share with everyone this pho-inspired take on a beef veggie soup.
