The TARDIS returned to the university to pick up a friend. Liz, who Aimee had insisted had to be brought back in time to visit Shakespeare (Aimee and Anne never got tired of popping in for a spot of tea with the bard), was much nicer than Aimee and Anne. The Doctor thought this might have been because she immediately developed a terrible crush on him.

"When would you like to visit Will, Elizabeth?"

"I don't mind," Liz said, gazing adoringly at him and stroking his hair. "Can you do Hamlet for me again?"

Aimee smirked in the background and Anne looked increasingly frustrated. The Doctor smiled. THIS was what he was looking for in a companion - smart, adoring and a big fan of his Hamlet impressions.
