Cal glances over the floor. "Okay." As long as he doesn't trip over anything, he doesn't much care.

"And you can sit on the bed," she adds, watching him.

Cal nods. "Thanks," he says, taking a seat. A brief, distracted smile crosses his face as he remembers the last time he was up here. Mickey Mouse doesn't really seem like quite such a big deal anymore.

Esfir moves to sit next to him, taking his hand again.

"You'll be oke," she says at last. "Once the shock fades."
