I'm up, I'm dressed, David is off to school, and I am eating breakfast. I survived yesterday's fast and did almost everything on my to do list. Today, however, is going to be more active, because tomorrow I have a noon doctor's appointment to look at my blood pressure and then I am meeting Kathy at North Station at 3:15ish, and then Friday I have

If they are available, I recommend anything by Thornton Burgess, especially the Mother West Wind stories. Absolutely charming tales about "When the world was young"
