So, yeah. I love Arthur/Merlin, but I can see how they can love other people, right? It's like... you can love your grandma, and your brother, and your wife, and your best friend with all your heart. They're different kinds of love and/or people that appeal to different parts of you.
Why choose? I would think one of the best parts of Merlin is seeing how all these characters click together, how their personal lives make them come together and then building Albion from it.
