Recipe Posts

I created a community, thehungrycookOriginally, I was just going to create another journal where I could post my recipes. But then, I thought, I've gotten quite a few really good recipes from friends. Why not let other people post there too? There's a certain way I want things to be organised, but it isn't hard. If you're interested, please join and post ( Read more... )

the only thing is that I read your rules, which I am ok with, but you said to put a tag in capitalized, it doesn't matter if something is capitalized or not for tagging, it will go in miniscule.

Isn't it redundent to tag and put into memories? I have stopped using memories since tagging came alone.

The tags that you put on the entries themselves don't need to be capitalized. I would like the tags that you use when you enter a post into memories to be capitalized. Unless they've changed things, if you put the same tag on two separate posts, but one capitalized and one lower caps, then it will make two separate entries in the memories.

I like using memories. If someone chooses a regular tag, they'll get a whole bunch of entries and have to scroll through possibly several pages. They have to look through the entire post.

However, if someone uses a memory tag, they can just see the titles and look through them to find what's good. It's easier IMO. I prefer doing things that way.

This way, people can use their preferred method of searching.

Make sense? :)
