Lunch: 1 pound pasta, 2 ham and cheese sandwiches, energy drink (1,000 calorie)

Wow @ that guy's daily diet. Seriously, yikes. Even if he's not gaining weight...damn.

You do have every right to eat 2000 calories a day! As a runner, especially at your age, you probably SHOULD be getting that much a day. Your lunch sound delicious as well as very nutritious. I know how hard it is to "eat normally" - I am pretty much the same way - but if you're getting exercise each day then I would really try not to worry about it. Running burns tons of calories, and it's going to get you in great shape! Feed your body the nutrients it needs, hydrate it with lots of water, and you should be fine.
