It's a shame Torture Garden didn't seem that good..or people were way too serious. I've heard lots of good things so maybe the people that were there during Halloween just took the holiday way too seriously!

I'm not sure, it was odd. It seemed that the same people were sitting there the whole time (although this probably wasn't true, it just seemed like it to me).
