Grumpy day, Vigilante Movie Night, + the last six months

I don't know that I could explain it succinctly, but I've been grumpy today. And for several days I've had a boiling grump against my music teacher. These things happen. Music often makes me moody. But on my last lesson at the end of it he kept telling me to leave in this humorous under the breath kind of way. That just annoyed me

I get the feeling. I wanted to scream today about 4 PM. Three lines of people three deep who were so bloody NEEDY.

I'll have to add that quote to my arsenal. I've never read that series. tried once, but just couldn't get into it, and when I asked fans many years later, they told me I started on the worst book of the bunch.

Douglas Adams is sometimes an acquired taste. A British acquired taste. Sometimes his stories are crazy and zany and I myself lost the plot about halfway through the third one.

If you want to restart the trend, I recommend going from the beginning and starting again. If you lose it, don't force it.

I also recommend his Dirk Gently Holistic Detective Agency series and "Last Chance to See". Last Chance to See is a MUST READ. It's funny, touching, and it made me cry for both happy and sad reasons.
