you had a bad day too? heh... trust me i know how you feel and we can both be pissed off together.
the beginning of my day was alright... until sixth period. I love to draw and i was done with my work in algebra and i took out my "how to draw manga:couples" book and as soon as this guy named jason saw it he called it porn!!! and then he started telling the whole fucking class i was a porno freak!!!!

Ah, that happens to me all the time. XD My entire art class thinks that my friend Vlad and I are involved in some sort of S&M relationship (to top it off, he wears leather and I wear a dog collar XD). Once I was telling Vlad about this video he would like, and I told him "Yeah, it's like 45 minutes of straight hentai", and half the class turned around and looked at us like ((O_O)). But now we don't care and talk about that stuff all the time XDD.

File a complaint?

You do realize that your parents pay his salary in taxes, and the boss is always right. They can file a complaint to the highest degree, you can go federal Schoolboard if there is one, and get his ass out of there.

From the sounds of it, he should be replaced anyhow.

PS:
File a complaint = Storm up to the office and demand to see his teaching lisence, then continue to go and have a 'talk' with the principal. In fact, get your mom to do it. There is nothing scarier than the upset mother of a student. Because they WILL get their way, come hell or high water.
