Yep. As for how when and why, it:s going to be explained in the next chapter.

It wasn't. It was somebody else in disguise of Inoo Kei, hence why Yabu thinks he's blindingly brighter than the previous day's Inoo xD.

I didn't think about disguise at that moment, just thinking about hypnotize..oh and I failed :)

I re-read this chapter more than twice already.
I'm very doubtful what Ryutaro said looks deceive and the witch doesn't have a son.
It's giving the reader a clue, but still I'm clueless.
