To answer your question, Ann Coulter probably believes it (I'd say it sounds like something she wrote). So do a bunch of people who read Ann Coulter seriously, as do some people whose votes may count more than mine does come election time.

Rereading that quote though, liberals are amazing. They raise taxes and as a result of raising taxes, more people don't pay anything to the government! That makes sense.
