Oh, I teared up at the end. Poor Jack. 150 years is a drop in the bucket and if he can't learn to live and love and grieve and go on to live and love some more it's going to be a long 5 million years. But it doesn't take a century to develop wisdom so maybe he'll learn from Andrea.

We can but hope, huh? Jack's just overwhelmed by what happened, I think; now he's had some sense talked at him, he may just start thinking more clearly. :)

i was just refreshing, hoping for a post, and I get this! brilliant.

i love how it isn't just about a plot, its more about the characters and their state of mind. You've got into how Jack's feeling perfectly and its really emotive. :)

I'm usually much, much, MUCH more plot-driven, but Jack needs to work his way through this. Plot coming soon, though I won't be losing the emotional stuff, I promise. :)
