Cooking--again

I just finished the last of my spaghetti sauce and meatballs (I'm telling ya, that stuff lasts forever in a one-person household. That's part of why I make it), and I'm contemplating my next attempt at cookery. I've got a recipe for tuna salad using cannelli beans and olive oil instead of the usual mayo if you want to try it. It's good to fix on a hot day.

Next time you're over, I'll make it for you. :) You've already got the recipe for the most difficult part: the spaghetti sauce and meatballs. The rest is easy-peasy love 'n squeezy.

I have a couscous salad recipe if you want it. It is great for hot days because the only heat you need is enough to boil water or stock. You can eat it warm or cold.

I also have a variation of risotto that has shrimp and cheese in it. It is better warm, but it is easy to take from the fridge and zap.
