If you slept for three hours, you likely need it.

One symptom of this bug going around is exhaustion and sleeping a lot.

You might want to get a little kitchen timer that you keep by your napping spot. just a little digital twist one, set it for 30 minutes and you are covered.

Mind you, I have 4 screaming beasts these days and I go to work for naps that are interrupted by the current crop of ducklings.
