15 hours of sleep

Migraine hit last night, so bad that I actually called in at 6 this morning. Spent fifteen hours asleep, and am feeling lots better now.

Fifteen. Hours. More than half a day asleep. Either something's wrong, or I've been running exhausted for a long time. I wonder if it has anything to do with this new workout regimen, that I've not been allowing ( Read more... )

My sinuses went bananas last night - I ducked a migraine, but I was still pretty miserable. I'm glad you're feeling better - those things suck.
