Yeah--it's London-ish and a pretty high-end part of town, so paying the equivalent of about $1200 for a teeny flat isn't out of the realm of normalcy.

But, buuuuuut, butbutbut, it's a REALLY nice school with good pay and a chance to get out of the type of school where you spend more time trying to get kids quiet than they spend *being* quiet.

Besides, it'd get me over there.

Oh, housing is really small over there. I live in a 950 sq ft apartment, and it's going to be ... interesting ... trying to move into that small a space.

It *is* adorable, innit? If a bit pricy. Then again, it's Surrey, so one must expect that.

:D Got to get the job first, then the flat. It'll probably be long since rented by the time I'm ready to move in the summer (assuming I get the job), but maybe I can find something else I love as much. :D

Foot hurts, that's normal I suppose. Another 6-8 weeks of waiting and being gimpy. Been fighting off the blues all week; some days I'm more successful than others. *hugs*
