Then, when you see them out with other people, you might feel like they're replacing you or enjoying the other people more...it means you don't feel secure with and properly loved by the person you're jealous over.

Well...hmm. A good idea would be to spend time with the people involved. Especially the one you're jealous over, because that person is the one you're most afraid of losing. Spend more time with them, watch them closely and tell them your concerns. The only way that feeling will leave you is if you feel comfortable. That means everyone involved needs to make that effort.
