Yes, I've always found it interesting, the overlap between "don't be a prejudiced person" and "this is my erotic type." Because I think erotic type is quite fixed for many people. And treating others fairly, without prejudice, can't really extend to erotic attraction; if I know I will never be attracted to your body, which in my case would be a body with breasts and a vulva, but also a big muscular gym-body, and also, tbh, a 400 lb body, I'm not doing you a favor by "giving you a chance." I'm just wasting your time. But I sure as hell will take myself to task if I fail to hire you, include you in the group, or listen to your ideas for that reason.
