I made a stuffed dragon! She (he?) was a present for Fi. But not a secret santa kind of present, just the normal holiday type.

You mentioned above you sew by hand so you can't afford to take commissions. Well.. you should draft a pattern to sell on Etsy! I bet it would take off.
