This was absolutely lovely! Thank you so much, mystery writer, for taking my prompt and weaving such an intriguing story with it. I really love your style of writing, too. There were a few lines in there that made me sigh pleasantly as I read them. Such as (but not limited to) he remembers a house, old and rotting, and her with her fearlessness and He would follow her to Hell and back again as long as she allowed him the Heaven of her body.
