Мне интересно, а переводчика и редактора самих не передёрнуло самих текста, который они переводили и правили?

не советую. мне знающие по настоящему турецкий говорили, что вообще на него переводить достаточно трудно, ибо одно и то же слово можно перевести по-разному....
