No! Sofie, he looks so good right now, it's really impossible to describe without going into a huge fit of Bobosquees. Not only is his hair long enough to stick up awkwardly, but he's also not shaving so much, a choice which suits him remarkable well. (One of the fan sites is responsible for all those big pictures from the Udine game, I'm praying they'll come through with a few good Bobo closeups from Reggina, as well.)

Is it possible to ever talk about Bobo at all without going into a huge fit of Bobosquees? And he does look really good right now. I just still sort of miss the hair, a little.

Also, have you seen this? (I'm guessing you have, but just in case you hadn't.)

I love teams that are built on hard work -- flair is wasteful and overrated, if prettiness costs you points. See, I'm tailor-made for Inter. (But look, Figo is artistic!) I really think it's a moot point -- Greece won Europe 2004 because they were utterly brilliant in their organization, belief, and effort. France and Holland and Italy and Portugal may have been more talented and even prettier, but what good did it do them? (This is the comment I won't be posting on that article.)

And you do need more Bobo icons. Make it so.

1. Anyone who christens him "Pubeface" in the first place had to be amused. :P

Oh Bobo, my Bobo, how wonderful your legs are. Udinese's no 19 is thinner than anyone should find it necessary to be, in my opinion.

I thought the same thing about #19, Rose -- his jersey is absolutely a tent on him.

(And it pleases me to no end that most of the comments on my Viola posts are you, me, and Sofie sitting around smiling, praising Bobo.)

I like him hugely already, and I hadn't even thought about that -- I know he was in the Swiss youth set-up, but hadn't considered the impact now. Poor kid! I can't believe no one took him home -- do they not like him, or did no one think of it, do you think?

WTF? The media are really picking on him?! Why? They couldn't possibly say the Poland result was his fault!

(Do you really think he's ugly? He does look confused, but certainly not un-shagworthy, the poor boy.)

Do you really? LOL I don't mind that it's short, but the fact that it's shorter on the sides than anywhere else makes him look like a mental patience to me. It could just be so much better!
