Ludo as in Ludovic Giuly? I don't know what Ludo or Danie's sister looks like, so I don't know if that's their sister :( Though why would Ludo's sis be in Rome? Ludo's left Roma couple seasons back, no? Did she stay behind or something? (LOL at Daniele going clubbing with his sister XD)
