He's so worthy, I bet even Mancio has a little crush on him. (Zine, I don't know -- her taste is a little suspect. :P )

Jorgy had to do a ton of press -- that's what he gets for being Norwegian.

*raises hand* Martha? Jørgensen isn't Norwegian!

And Mutu really can't pull off those tights very well. Not that I'd expect anyone to be able to do that.

Really? God, I triple checked this, apparently I can't even read. Ah, he's a Dane! Do you think they just settled for someone from nearby? I'm going to fix, thank you.

(Mutu looks awful -- tights, gloves AND a long-sleeved undershirt. You'd think he was from Brazil, or something.)

Yup. He's One Of Ours. And if you can speak Danish, you can probably speak Norwegian as well, so I think that would be why they settled for him.

(... I hear Romania's very warm in the summer? Or something? He really doesn't look comfortable. At all.)

I wonder if Jorgy lost the coin-flip, or if Kroldrup is painfully stupid, or something. He's One of Yours as well, right?

(Says the never-wrong Wikipedia: "In Bucharest, the temperature ranges from -29°C (-20.2°F) in January to 29°C (84.2°F) in July, with average temperatures of -3°C (26.6°F) in January and 23°C (73.4°F) in July." So, basically, it's like it is here, more or less. I'm not sure that's an excuse, though.)

How cold are you right now, exactly?

Do they remind you of grade school, too? I swear I've not seen Moon Boots since like 1980.

I used to wish I had a pair when I was wee - but my parents were practical meanies and made me make do with boring old wellies.

ME TOO! (Apart from the wellies bit.) I so wanted Moon Boots -- little did I know all I needed to do was become a professional footballer in Italy to achieve my footwear dream.

BOOTS ♥

I saw some of that press conference and Jorgy was silent the whole time while Prandelli did all the hand-talk. It was amusing. The princess not wearing tights is far more amusing, though. And what is this I hear of him having babies? Please tell me I heard/read wrong.

Jorgy was taken along to Understand and Translate, and didn't say anything?! Heee. I wonder what Cesare was trying to convey when he covered his eyes. He is so awesome.

I'm proud to say I know nothing about Pazzini's actual private life (apart from the on-again, off-again Monty thing, of course). Is he married? I had no idea.

I hope they win their home game. It should be easy for them if they didn't decide to make it hard.

I... don't know. It was in the papers, something like: "Serie A players will be expecting a whole football team of babies this time around. Ibrahimovic, Kaka, Gila, Nesta and Pazzini are all expecting to have their new borns soon." Of course, they could be wrong. They seem to think that Totti is flirting with Raul *facepalm* you don't put that on the first page, dammit. (Yarn = Flirtation, somehow to google).

They must have played so well yesterday, maybe they need to wear tights for the home leg, too?

Didn't Totti and Raul supposedly have dinner together recently? *shakes head* God, Raul, what are you doing? (Speaking of flirting, there was a think about Vargas and Spinesi on a translated Serie A preview they show here, and they were completely adorable. Spinesi was like "Our wives were a little surprised, but they're not jealous!")

Yarn. Hahahhhaa! Perhaps they're just exchanging knitting tips?

Demidov sort of looks like a teenager conscripted into the army, or something.
