You have history with him, obviously. Sticking him with Bulkhead will provoke problems in the end, and you could either bring Ultra Magnus or Commander Prime. And of course, Bumblebee will be with Sari.

I believe a cool head will keep him from doing anything to embarrass us, or set people off.
