Meme-ries...

The Lines-from-movies (and one old WB cartoon) meme, filched from MustangSally78. I don't expect many people - if any - to recognize these (and looking them up in IMDB is cheating, although effective), so if anyone does, you damn well better give me a shout-out.

"Don't drive angry."

Groundhog Day! Love that movie, even though I haven't seen it in years. *g*

And the last one, of course, is from The Silence of the Lambs. The rest, however, you're right, I don't recognize. *g*

I definitely detected an Albert Brooks line from "Broadcast News" in there. The line "Have to be a real big woman" is from "Arthur," and the line about being unwell and vomiting is from "My Favorite Year." I think the "passion/precision" line is from a Bill Pullman movie, but I don't remember the title, and of course there was Hannibal Lecter's famous description of Clarice Starling (you have a great memory!).

Okay, I recognised Groundhog Day and Silence of the Lambs but I've been beaten to the punch there.

If you think you're getting laid... is from Bull Durham, I think it's Costner's character saying it.

"How do you like that - I buried the lead." is Albert Brooks in Broadcast News.

There are some great lines here. Can't wait to see where they're from.
