Same place as usual, but because zazie11 and irrealia decided it would be cool to use Monday to take pics of your city and then post them, my copycat mode kicked in and here I am posting some of mine.  I didn't actually take any of these today (since I learned of the idea at 10:00 pm) but these are some of the most recent pics I've taken and their theme is they'

I really like that last pic. I don't think there's a sculpture of anything nearby where I live. Hmmm. But yes, cute dog is cute :)

Who says I *don't* do that? I am hugely underemployed, at present. Nothing says you have to be a functioning adult? (Although I'd really recommend it over what I do.)

The sculpture is gorgeous (love that hard angle you see in the straight-on view, toward the right side of it). That being said, ooph about the job. I've been there and it can knock you for a loop, even if leaving said job is the best thing for you. x

Well, it *was* only a temporary job so I knew it could end, I just didn't expect it to. I'm used to being the kind of employee people keep and/or offer permanent jobs to - evidently I'm changing. :-/ Or I'm just too old for that shit - I've spent a large amount of time doing what I want for a living and apparently it's like becoming accustomed to living alone: after a while you just have no patience for not doing things your way, lol.

I always like to use the above icon on posts/comments like this one - I think it's a good nickname for me, my self-sabotaging contrariness and other various foibles, sometimes. :P (You DO know the cartoon, don't you, or are you too young? :P)

I'm guessing that the sculpture does the exact same thing - repeats the hard edge, on the opposite side. It really is beautiful ... like a bisected Mobius Strip.

Love the pic of the puppy I think it is so cute I have a puggle and people say my dog is so ugly that it is cute. The last sculpture is beautiful.
