Today, it's all about you.
If you are, like me, a Bear of Very Little Brain, it can sometimes get a little confusing keeping track of who's who on your flist. This happens mainly with the people I've met online exclusively but never in person. Usernames start to flow together, you remember reading posts or profiles but it's just words on a page and not experience. You see someone's entry and start to wonder "Is that the person who lives in Scotland with three rabbits and enjoys Olympic-style curling? Or is she the one from Iowa with six kids and the eBay business that sells vintage baby food jars?" In short, it's sometimes harder for me to keep track of personalities without persons attached. (Because then, all you have are "alities.")
Which is why I want your picture.
I've decided I'd like a picture of every single person on my friends list, and I'd like you to supply it my posting it in a comment to this post*. That way we'll create a great big gallery of flistiness!
Please bestow a picture of your loveliness upon me even if I've already met you in person or see you all the time--that way flist members can see each other (and the gallery will be nice and complete). I'll start us off (even though I already threw caution to the wind and used my one icon with me in it)--here's me with my neighbor David at a party:
So please, post! Display! Gift me with your image! More than one, even! :D I want to virtually wrap my arms around you all. (And I promise, I showered.)
