I quit doing NYR a few years ago because, well, because I always quit doing them. I really need to make some serious changes though, so I'm going to give it another goal. I'm being ambitious. Please help me stick with it

You have a lot here. I haven’t made resolutions in awhile. I think this year I am going to try to add one good habit to my life each month. My January habit is to drink 100oz. of water a day. So far so good. I don’t notice a difference, other than peeing a lot, but it is supposed to be healthy and it can’t hurt.
Yeah, I'm worried that I bit off more than I can chew, but these are changes that I seriously need to make! Hopefully I can stick with it. I like your idea of one good habit a month. Water is a good one. I've been peeing a lot too since switching over to lemon water. I think my skin is starting to clear up a bit too.
